Frequently Ask Questions:

What does “semi-custom” mean for a gift basket?

A semi-custom gift basket blends convenience with personalization: you get the speed and consistency of our professionally curated luxury assortments, plus the custom elements that make it uniquely yours. Start with one of our high-end, ready-made bases—featuring globally loved treats like Lindt, Leonidas, and Cashew Roca—then we smoothly add your corporate branding and tailored message for a polished, on-brand result.

Can our logo be added to the gifts?

Yes. We understand the unboxing moment plays a major role in strengthening B2B connections and boosting client retention. Your company logo can be included on customized greeting cards so your branding is clearly showcased the instant the recipient opens the package.

What is the delivery timeline for semi-custom corporate orders?

Even with personalization included, we’re built for speed. We provide FREE Express Delivery with no minimum purchase required. Shipping across Canada generally arrives within 1 to 4 business days for most provinces. For corporate customers in our local area, we offer reliable delivery windows throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), helping ensure your gifts land exactly when you need them.

Can you ship semi-custom gifts to multiple addresses?

Definitely. If you’re recognizing a distributed team or sending gifts to clients across the country, we offer full multi-address drop shipping. Share your recipient spreadsheet, and our logistics team will organize the routing, ship each basket to the correct destination, and provide tracking for every individual delivery.

Are there minimum order quantities for semi-customization?

Although we’re happy to send a single luxury basket with no minimums at all, our semi-custom branding options and wholesale multi-packs (such as our Sets of 6) are designed to perform best for larger corporate orders. This makes it easy to scale your gifting program efficiently while keeping a consistent, premium presentation across departments and locations.

When is the best time to place semi-custom holiday orders?

Since custom branding involves a bit more coordination—and because holiday carrier deadlines can be strict—we strongly suggest confirming your winter holiday and Christmas orders by mid-to-late November. Doing so helps lock in top inventory, avoids seasonal delays, and protects your preferred delivery dates.
