We offer fast and flexible local delivery services across the GTA.

Next Business Day Delivery:
Orders placed and processed by 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are eligible.
Saturday Deliveries:
Available for GTA orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on Friday.
Delivery Window:
Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
If Recipient Is Unavailable:
The delivery may be left at the front door, with a neighbour, concierge, or hotel reception.
If none of these options are available or secure, the gift will be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.

We ship to all provinces and territories, Monday through Friday.

Same-Day Shipping:
Orders processed before 12:30 PM EST will be shipped out the same day.
Orders after this time will ship the next business day.
Delivery Estimates:
- Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
- Other Provinces: 4–7 business days
Expedited Shipping:
Available at checkout. Additional charges apply based on destination.

To ensure on-time delivery during the holiday season, please place orders early.

Large Orders: May ship in multiple boxes when delivered to one location.
Custom Instructions: May cause delays. We will contact you if clarification is needed.
Deliveries to Hospitals & Hotels (within GTA):
Provide recipient name, room number, and role (patient, guest, staff, etc.).
Apartments & Townhomes:
If there is no concierge, we may contact the recipient directly before attempting delivery to avoid missed drop-offs.
