How to Request a Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges require pre-authorization from our head office.

Include your order number and reason for return. A return authorization will be sent to you within 1 business day.
Order Change or Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders (Non-Holiday):
- May not be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled shipping date.
Holiday Season Orders:
- May not be cancelled or changed within 36 hours of shipping date.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email only.
Return Eligibility
Non-Perishable Items:
- Must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only.

Perishable & Custom Items:
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Perishable items
- Holiday-themed baskets
- Personalized or custom gift baskets
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 8–10 business days for your return or exchange to be completed after we receive the item.
- Include a copy of your return authorization email inside the return package for faster processing.
Product Substitutions
To ensure timely delivery, we may occasionally substitute items of equal or greater value if specific products are unavailable. We guarantee the freshest, highest-quality items in every basket.
