Ordering Process

You can place orders easily through our secure online store. All information submitted during checkout is protected by SSL encryption, and your privacy is fully respected. Before finalizing your purchase, you can review and modify your order directly from your shopping basket.

Receipts and Confirmation

Once your order is complete, a detailed receipt is automatically emailed to you. For phone orders, receipts may arrive with a short delay. If you haven’t received confirmation within 24 hours, please email us and we’ll assist promptly.

Payment Options

We accept all major payment methods, including:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Orders are only processed after full payment has been received.

Delivery Information

We deliver gift baskets Canada-wide and select baby gift baskets to the USA. Accurate addresses and postal codes are essential for on-time delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, our courier will leave a contact card for re-delivery at no extra cost.

While we aim to meet requested delivery dates, some delays may occur during peak seasons like Christmas. Express delivery is available in Toronto, subject to availability.

Returns & Refunds

If your gift basket arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Unwanted items in perfect condition may be returned within 7 days (excluding weekends), but must be unopened, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Note: Perishable and custom gift baskets are non-returnable by law.

Please contact us before returning any items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, Canada’s Gift Baskets reserves the right to refund up to 50% of the order value. Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the delivery error was on our part.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch may incur a small processing fee. If cancelled after dispatch, refunds may be limited to 50% of the order value. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Substitutions

In rare cases of item unavailability, we may substitute products of equal or greater value, ensuring the overall theme and quality of the basket is preserved.

Complaints & Resolution

To lodge a complaint, email info@canadasgiftbaskets.ca. We acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a full resolution report shortly after.

Promotional Emails & Subscriptions

We occasionally send exclusive offers (maximum 4 per year) to subscribed customers. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link provided in the email.
