It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate recipient information such as address and telephone number. For apartment buildings apartment number with buzzer number. If a gift basket needs to be reshipped due to incorrect address information a surcharge will apply. Keep in mind that in certain remote areas the delivery time may vary.

** FedEx Priority overnight and 2day service are only operational Monday to Friday.
The cost for FedEx 2day and Priority overnight is calculated using LIVE rates which will be calculated based on the location of the shipment..
** If your gift was shipped with the ground shipping by Canada post, they will make a delivery attempt and if no one is home they will leave a delivery notice on the door.
The recipient will be able to pick up their gift at the nearest Post office. The recipient will have 2 weeks to claim their gift. If the gift is not claimed within 2 weeks then it would get sent back to Canada's Gift Baskets centre and there will be a reshipping fee.
** A Signature is required by the recipient. (Gift Baskets are not left at the door unless specified by the client)
Wine Baskets
According to Provincial & Federal laws, Canada's Gift Baskets will not deliver wine to minors. Proof of identification will be required upon delivery.
