Delivery

It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate recipient information. Such as address and telephone number, for apartment buildings it is crucial that the buzzer number. If a gift basket needs to be reshipped due to incorrect address information a surcharge will apply. Keep in mind that in certain remote areas the delivery time may vary.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Damages

Damages

We are dedicated in ensuring all our gifts arrive with you in perfect condition. In the rare event of a gift being damaged, please contact us within 3 days by telephone, or email us at info@canadasgiftbaskets.ca. Damaged Goods must be returned to us suitably packaged. We will replace or refund the items concerned.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 24 hours before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify our customer services team by email to info@canadasgiftbaskets.ca

Substitutions

While every effort is made to supply items as specified, the contents of each gift are subject to availability. Canada’s Gift Baskets reserves the right to substitute any items where appropriate, and guarantee that all replacements are of equal or greater value.

Alcohol

Sale of Alcohol Items can only be ordered and delivered to those 18 years of age and over.

Privacy Policy

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. At no time will we provide any information about you to third parties. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
