Return and Refund Policy

Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay of delivery and/or additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser.

If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted immediately to provide an alternate shipping address.

Canada's Gift Baskets inspects all gift baskets prior to shipping. If for any reason parcel appears have been opened, damaged or tampered with, please contact us so we can arrange for a new parcel to be delivered at no charge, or offer you a full refund. We require that all damaged products be reported within 3 days of delivery.

We cannot extend our Satisfaction Guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect or incomplete address.

The returned product must be in its original carton with all the documentation, to ensure a full credit. No credit or replacement will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by our staff.
